Whistler Associates, Inc. was founded in 1996 to fill gaps created by two common situations: lean staff and early stage company lack of specific business and marketing experience. Whistler Associates assists companies in assessing their product portfolio, evaluating new technologies and solving challenging marketing issues. Don C. Stark, the firm’s principal, has significant experience in writing product marketing plans (including pre-launch and launch plans), preparing corporate business strategies, conducting product portfolio gap analyses, and working with discovery research scientists to determine the best positioning for new technologies.
